- In our first one-on-one live session, my program will start with a detailed assessment of your lifestyle, overall health, and nutrition. I’ll also take time to know carefully about your daily routine, challenges, and work schedule.
- Based on your body’s characteristics, metabolism, blood profile & requirement, I’ll customize a nutritional plan.
- The Diet plan will also be customized based on your eating preferences, i.e. whether you need a vegan diet, or a special preference for my female clients in case of Pregnancy, PCOS, etc.
- In our journey, I’ll follow up every week through a call to monitor the progress and make changes wherever required.
- In our journey together, I’ll provide you with a wealth of information, and practical ways to relax and deal with any issues that come up.
