Welcome to my private, one-on-one training program that offers a holistic approach to achieve a fitter, healthier lifestyle which are customized as per the individual’s needs and goals.
I limit my personal training clients for a month. I want to personally hold your hand through this journey of transformation, helping you every step on the way. You have to do nothing but show up. My training style changes with clients I work based on their level of fitness.

My Approach
As a physiotherapist, I always believe in better posture to avoid injuries & chronic pain during exercise. We start with postural analysis. Before discussing things like fat- loss, muscle- gain, strength gain or anything else, it is absolutely important to see if you have your basics right. How do your shoulders curve when you are standing upright? Do you have muscular imbalances due to driving long distances daily or hunched back from working on the computer for long hours? Do you have an anterior or posterior tilt on your hip?
It is absolutely essential to fix these things before we go to working on the three basic human body movements of push/ pull and rotation. Once your basic movements come smooth and strong, there is no limit to what we can achieve.
I’ll first start by analyzing your current lifestyle and understand your expectations from this program. Create and customize a plan as per the individual’s expectations and goals.
Keeping in view your current lifestyle, strength, and mindset. I’ll guide you in-depth & in detail through each personal workout session.
We will focus on our plan holistically by creating a proper mindset to achieve success in our physical journey.
I’ll focus on safety and the good form needed to perform most of the exercises. study your exercise pattern and make scientific modifications of workouts that you find difficult to perform. This will help in improving the weaker areas of your fitness activity.
I’ll monitor your progress & make modifications wherever required. Provide structured methods, plans, and support. Motivate & guide you through the regular actions needed to succeed.
