Welcome to m , small group training program that offers an approach to achieve a fitter, healthier lifestyle which are customized as per the group’s needs and goals. This is a small group personal training with a maximum of 3 individuals being trained at the same time. Experience next-level virtual training where you will get LIVE, interactive personal training customized to your needs.
The Groups are created by keeping in mind tha group have the same fitness level and same goal.
